There is an optional charging pad built into the console on the 2022 Prius LE. I don't have that option but want it. Does anyone know if I can order the part and likely find the plug in connector under my console? Will there be any software issues if I find a way to do this?

Yes. There are 13 different wireless pad options. He couldn't tell me about and software updates. for me it's just a thing I'd like to have. Less wires showing and a larger area to charge multiple devices. It won't kill me not to have it but I feel there has to be a way. I didn't have heated seats but every Prius has the heated seat elements in them. I took it into a shop and had the switches installed and now I have heated seats. I'm hoping there will be a way.
So pick one.
I guess I don't understand the problem here.
There likely is NO software involved.
In fact, you probably can get one from a 3rd party that plugs into the 12 V power (cigarette lighter) socket or into an existing USB charging port.
