Can somebody tell me where the fuse is for this? I checked the manual with no luck. Or if you can point me to a fix for this sort of thing that would be awesome

Pretty sure that there is no such thing.......on the front windshield.

That button should just kick in the conventional "air flow" defroster, along with the AC and turning off the RECIRC.
