I just changed my pcv and cleaned my mass airflow sensor. Afterwards, I did some spray cleaning with a hand spray bottle & water based degreaser. Went to start up the car and got the red triangle of death, which is freaking me out. My hybrid battery has been fine and is actually showing in the "green", just down a bar or two from the top. I did spray some cleaner on the orange connections at the back of the big rectifier (?) on the right of engine and I know I got some other connections damp on the outside. At this point, I'm figuring that I must have got something wet inside a connection. I'm not going to touch the orange connections, because I know they are high voltage. Probably shouldn't have squirted them. Duh . Anybody have any ideas about how I should go forward? :|

Give it a day or two to dry out......or take it to a shop.

It is not ONLY the HV system that can cause the triangle to display.
