Before I buy a Prius I want to know what the toyota prius replacement battery cost will be like for the 2nd & 3rd generation Prius (i might buy used) as well as the cost for the prius battery replacement service.

Also how long does a toyota prius battery last?

From what i know a replacement prius battery cost about 4 grand, and last quiet a while but will it outlast the life of your car, don't know yet... as prius have just only gone through a 10 year life cycle!

i think it might just worth it to trade in your car if your battery is on its way out.. those lith-ions arnt cheap...

come to think about it.. what i said 4 grand for a battery.... buy 10 more of those than you can buy a brand new prius.. man guy who is selling batteries must be making a fortune!
