touring package on my 2007 prius??

I bought the car from hoffman toyota in avon ct with the understanding that it was a standard model with a #3 package. I later thought after doing my research that it was a #5 package. I mean it is loaded. the only options it doesn't have are power seats, moonroof and leather. everything else is there...such as. gps, jbl, 6 disc mp3..blue tooth...and the list goes on. I went and measured my rims today and they were 16 inches which I read came on the touring model. I also have hid lights and fog lights. I bought the car last november for 12k. it had 88k on it , it now has 105k. I kbb'd it today and it was valued at 11,500 for private party. I took it in today and they said there was nothing wrong with it. my question is...did the dealership screw up? is it a touring model??
