A newbie says Hi,

My 2005 Prius failed the emission test, it turned out is the water pump failure. I just checked on net to know Toyota did recall Prius from year of 2004... 09 for water pump and steering wheel or so but it was back to 2011,12 (a period that I was constantly moved so perhaps I lost the mailing recall notice). Am I able to do anything about it now? Would Toyota dealer still accept replacing the water pump on my Prius?

Greatly appreciate for any infos

One of my workmates has a brother who works at TYT dealer as a mechanic, he went check with the manager and got the NO answer. The recall process was given out for a certain period of months. It's been years since..
