Repair Issues

Yep, I'm your newest newbie. And I'm surprised at what I don't find when I search, so maybe I'm not searching properly.

Yesterday I took my 2009 Prius to the local dealer for the steering column and water pump recalls, and he recommended about $700 in PM. I'm trying to figure out what really needs doing (at 52K miles) and what it really should cost. He recommends
Inverter Fluid Flush - $181
Replace PCV Valve - $184
Replace engine air filter and clean the mass air sensor - $193
Brake Fluid Flush - $170

I thought I might learn something by searching on PCV or inverter fluid or mass air sensor, but those searches all came up empty.
