Hi everyone. I own a 2008 Prius and mostly love it. Yesterday, my wife drove the car for 15 minutes and turned off. She forgot to roll up a window so she tried to start the car again and nothing happened. Mi warning lights, no cylinder noises, nothing. Car jumped off using under hood terminals. 12v battery is testing good on volts and amps. Fully charged and still does not have any electrical response. Ideas?

Sometimes a battery can "test" good but still be mostly dead in service.

BUT....this sounds more like a loose connection, at one end of one of the main battery cables.

You need a voltmeter to chase the battery voltage and see where it disappears.
Attach the negative meter lead to a good metallic ground....NOT to the negative battery post.

Sometimes the bad connection is between the negative battery post and the frame.

Thank you Easy Rider. I found the issue and you are correct. The 5th time I checked cable connections the negative cable came loose from the terminal connector. Because it is in a dark corner, I could not see that the cable was broken and only hanging on by a small piece of the sheathing. No wire contact. When I tugged on the terminal it broke the rest of the way off and became very obvious. Palm on forehead. 5 times I checked it.

Just LOOKING at an electrical connection point is NEVER a good way to check it for functionality.
