Need help evaluating this Prius

Hi all - first time poster here. We are in need of a new car and we think that a Prius is for us. At the present time, we don't have the money for a new or slightly used one. So I found the following. Can you tell me what you think? Looking at the CarFax, the only real question I have is that the car battery (general, not the nimh one) has been replaced twice... Could this indicate further issues?
