I own a first gen prius and recently experienced misfiring. The car runs like it had only 3 our maybe 2 cylinders and has lower power, and runs square. I got the following codes: p0300,p0303,p0304,
The garage mentioned that there was also an ''injection valve'' code, which I do not see on his report.
I thought it was #3 and #4 coils. However, when I start it, is runs perfect for the first few seconds and then starts running square, which make me feel it is not the coils but something engaging / happening after a few seconds. The car has 118000 Miles.
