Can someone reply and give me the exact latest 2015 DVD I need for my 2006 Prius. I live in the NW in Boise, Idaho, but I need the latest North America DVD. Not sure if the DVD is Regional or national that I need.

I suspect that you are going to have to get that info. from a Toyota dealer.
They may not even be producing annual updates anymore.

They do have an 2015 update ...but won't give the specific DVD info unless I order it from them...looking for something a bit less expensive as their DVD coasts $170.

Probably your only other source is a pirated copy.
Paying for something like that is taking a chance.

There are other Prius sites out there that are much more active than this one is.
Some searching might find what you want.
