Had my 2019 Prius Prime in for 30k mile service yesterday. High pressure sales to do fuel injection service and fuel air induction service. These are not listed as suggested service in the Toyota maintenance log. Are these good preventative measures or a way for dealership to ring up some more sales dollars? If good, why doesn't Toyota spell them our as recommended?

Your suspicions are correct.
You can do your own "injector cleaning" exactly the same way that they do, just by pouring a can of Techron in with the gas once or twice a year. This will cost you about $10 instead of the $100 they often charge.
It is too early to need the throttle body cleaning, especially on a vehicle that maybe runs mostly on electric.
That service likely IS listed in your book.......but much later.

Thanks and good point on the electric aspect - averaging 80 mpg over the first 30k so a bunch of driving has been done on battery only,
