Front Wheel Bearing
I have a 2008 Prius with a whining left front wheel hub/bearing. How difficult is this to replace? It appears to fit on the spline of the axle but what locks it on? Also, does it have to be pressed into position. They give 4 hours of labor on this repair so it "sounds" more involved than expected. Any thoughts or guidance? Mark

Not sure about the front hub, but I did have to replace the rear hub in my 2002 prius. Very easy to replace and only 4 bolts lock it on. Stopped the loud howling sound I was having.
