Hello all. Brand new to the Prius family. I just bought a 2016 Prius V five with 36,000 miles. WE LOVE IT. I just noticed though that the fog lights are not working. I believe I pulled the correct fuse under the dash and it appears to be just fine. Before I go pulling the underside plastic off and pulling both fog lights, is there another place I should check for why they may not be working? The indicator on the dash display lights up correctly when I turn the fog light switch to on. I can’t imagine that both lights would burn out in two years. Just wanted to get your thoughts before I go tearing into the plastic underneath.

Also, below the headlights and next to the fog lights in the new gen 4 appears to be another set of led lights. Those don’t turn on either. Are those really lights and in what setting are they supposed to turn on?

Thanks in advance.

Before you take ANYTHING apart, make sure you are testing it right.

The fogs likely are designed to NOT come on by themselves but ONLY with the low beams.

And if you have automatic headlights, you need to test them at night.

A 2016 might still be under warranty.
