Damaged, the control shows the lighted lamps "VSC", the brakes and the engine. Furthermore does not load the battery and the car has not power to move. Goes with difficulty. Someone knows what may happen?

Does it "go" or not ?
And what do you mean by "does not load the battery"?
And what year and model of car do you have ??
Just taking a wild guess, a good place to start would be getting the 12 V aux. battery checked.
