Hi. Getting the following codes:
POA94 Direct Current/Direct Current Converter Performance and

• C1259 EV Control System Regenerative Malfunction
• C1310 EV System Malfunction (I know these 2 codes are because of the first code)
  
  I know the hybrid battery is only cranking to 3v
  
  The 12v Cranking goes to 13.9 v
  Which usually means inverter is working so does this
  Mean my best bet is to replace the hybrid battery?
  
  All fuses checked, etc.

The 12v Cranking goes to 13.9 v

Something is wrong with your readings.

The hybrid battery should be closer to 300 volts, not 3.

The 12 V battery must be measured with the car OFF.
Your 13.9 reading is NOT the battery itself.

My bad from what I’m reading it’s the inverter what do you think?

I think you should not be guessing based ONLY on the codes that are set.
Some additional testing needs to be done.

First, you need to be sure that you have a healthy 12 V battery before you believe ANY codes.

And it might appear to be an inverter problem if there is a serious fault in the HV hybrid battery.
