2016 Toyota Prius Interior Spied » AutoGuide.com NewsDetails on the 2016 Toyota Prius interior have been revealed thanks to our spy photographers.
In the photos, we can see that the Prius will keep its center-biased guage cluster, while a large LCD screen is fitting in the middle of the center stack. Proper buttons remain for the HVAC system, which are placed just beneath the display.
All the vehicle info will appear on the top display and our photos show off the new energy usage and flow screen, on which is a small illustration of the Prius, hinting at the car’s design.
The new Toyota hybrid is rumored to be rated at 54 mpg combined, while power output has also been improved. This will be Toyota’s first vehicle sitting on the new TNGA modular architecture, which should help the Prius shed quite a bit of weight.
The new 2016 Prius is expected to be unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in October of this year.
