Family have owned many Toyotas over the years, and still own. I am the only Prius owner in my family. Was happy with my 2007 Prius right up to the accident. Love my 2010, have had it about 14 months, am second owner. Took it in for the E0E recall; everything the recall said would be symptoms, happened. When I picked up car "ready" at dealership, had new problems, all NOT working: AM/FM & satellite radio, CD, back-up camera. I am very disappointed and I have reasonable doubt that this is a coincidence and unrelated to the service done for the recall. Yet the dealership is asking for $2,600 to repair these items. Any feedback and suggestions are welcomed!

Have you spoken to the dealership OWNER ??
Not the service manager but an actual owner.
You need to emphasize that everything worked when you brought the car in.
Repeat that over and over as many times as necessary.
When you get right down to it, it is the only fact that really matters.

Sounds to me like whomever you are dealing with is totally incompetent.
I think it is likely that the whole problem is just a loose wire or blown fuse and they want to charge you for all new components.

But then.......what about this "accident"? And why did you feel the need to mention that ??

If that doesn't work, look in your owners manuals for a phone number to call Toyota directly. Often found in the warranty pamphlet (yes I know it is not a warranty issue).

Where are you located ? In the US or elsewhere ??
