2006 Prius Energy Usage Screen & Mud Flaps

I have two questions;
1.on the energy usage screen what do the different color bars(purple,green,etc.) mean that appear on the battery graphic?
2.Will Mud Flaps from a 2004 Prius fit on a 2006?
