We just got my wife a used 2010 Prius III and are impressed.
She moved from a luxury Infiniti Q45 to this car.
You might ask, are they crazy? But consider this:
Q45- premium gas PLUS an octane booster to keep the big V8 from knocking like an irritated door to door salesman and then throw in 17 miles per gallon and a 70 mile round trip commute each day.
Prius 47 - 50 mpg on regular gas.
You do the numbers.
To heck with the "green" aspect of the car. We're digging the extra money in our wallets.
I do 95% of the auto repair at our house so I'm hoping this forum will Bea good info source for me when I hit a snag.

Good luck with it! We are new here too just bought a 2007 for my daughter, so far the only thing is the dashboard light does not come on(Speedo area of the dash) sometimes.
Not sure if we are hitting a button or starting it wrong but sometimes you start it and all is good other times no speedometer
