Default Had o2 sensor replaced and now have p0607

Had o2 sensor replaced and the check engine light is still on. Had the codes cleared and 10 minutes later the light came back on. It is pulling a p0607 code. The mechanic said i might need the ecm reflashed. Does this sound plausible.

What does P0607 mean ?
I suggest you get a second opinion from another shop.

Might help to mention the model and year of your car.
