Default Battery Error.

I have a 2014 Prius got issue with the main battery. My question is if the best way to analyze scenario of the main battery energy is by confirming voltage in every cell? or can you analyze the 250vdc somewhere how can I know if the HV battery is delivering the 250v? Any help would be respected.

My, my Don.
You have an AMAZING number of problem with a car that is barely a year old.

Given the content of all of your recent posts, all I can say about this is:
YOU should NOT be messing with the high voltage battery in your car.
Please don't. It can be very dangerous, both to you and the car.

YOU REALLY NEED TO SEE A DEALER ABOUT ALL OF YOUR PROBLEMS.

How old is the car, years and mileage, and what exactly are the symptoms ??

Usually the first thing to do is replace the 12 V battery if it is more than 4 years old. Then if the system still says it is having trouble with the High Voltage battery, you need to visit a dealer for a diagnosis.

If the HV battery really is going bad, then you need to shop/search for other shops that work on the batteries.....IF you think the price Toyota quotes you is too high.
