Default gen 1 batter rebuilt and reinstalled. Now MFD and radio not working. Any ideas?

Hi all,
I just finished rebuilding my traction battery in 2001 prius. It was pretty straight forward but now my Multi-Function Display and radio are not working. I checked all of the fuses and they seem fine. Is there something that is directly connected to the traction battery that I may have missed or incorrectly reconnected? Thanks for your help.

Have you had the 12 V battery disconnected since your rebuild has been done ?
If not, you might try leaving it disconnected for 15 minutes or so.
The MFD and radio run on 12 V.

Come to think of it, have you checked the voltage on the 12 V battery ?

And how did you "check the fuses" and what does "seem fine" mean ?
