Default Milage drop off

I'm a new member of the forum. Looking for some feedback in reguards to a milage drop off in my 2001 Prius with 215000 miles. New sparkplus, clean MAF, fuel injector cleaner added, new air cleaner, new 12v battery, tires and brakes checked. Went from 48 to 38 mpg. Any ideas?

If this was a dramatic drop (overnight), it could be one of the sensors is off. Maybe if you ran a computer diagnostic?
