I am working on a 2007 Prius that has non functioning reverse lights. The fuses all appear good, the bulbs appear competent and the wiring doesn’t show any signs of odvious damage. Is it possible the neutral safety switch is bad? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Not exactly.
The "neutral safety switch" has nothing to do with the backup lights.
But somewhere there is a "backup light switch" that functions in a similar manner.
It might even be the same physical package as the neutral switch.
Sorry but I don't know where it might be located.
