Sometimes a battery can "test" good but still be mostly dead in service.
BUT....this sounds more like a loose connection, at one end of one of the main battery cables.
You need a voltmeter to chase the battery voltage and see where it disappears.
Attach the negative meter lead to a good metallic ground....NOT to the negative battery post.
Sometimes the bad connection is between the negative battery post and the frame.
