OK.....so I assume that when the change is made users will be REQUIRED to connect with https......right ?
Since that syntax now results in a failure, it will be a big shock to everybody when that happens.
Hopefully they will remember this post.
I think it could have been worded MUCH BETTER to indicate the problem that is going to result.
Unless maybe there is a way that the site can accept BOTH secure and non-secure connections for a while.
In which case, this "pre-announcement" looks to me to be pretty ill-timed and wasted effort.
